941 d surges and dies

I own a 941 D that operates for only a minute before dying, yet it restarts immediately.

I've cleaned or replaced all components leading up to the injector pump, including the pump's internal screen.

Additionally, I've verified the injector pump's suction, confirming it has sufficient vacuum to draw fuel from a container.

"cleaned or replaced all components leading up to the injector pump" including tank and shut-off? does fuel run freely for two minutes from the line between the filter and pump when you remove it at the pump end?

Mine did the exact same. I may be using the wrong terminology but there’s a flex ring in there that disintegrates over time.
Send a DM to Dieseltech or Al Baker and have them rebuild it.

To find your “Threads” click on your profile pink circle with a C in iit. You will see Messages with a number by it. Click that number and all your posts will show in chronological order.

Cloy, maybe this will help you. These are screen shots from my phone. I have circled the “Letter or Envelope” icon to show you where you view your “Private Messages” It not a scam button, it is legit. It is like email between forum members. Does this help? Were you afraid of poking something and messing something up? First one is holding my phone sideways, it makes the layout look more like a computer, but the circled icon or button is hard to make out. In the 2nd one it is easier to see.
