seem to be leaking oil at the draft mechanism on the bottom of the tractor. would like to get it stopped. also need to adjust or bypass the draft control. i just need up and down. thx

Down on the floorboard there is a flat tab with a finger loop in the end of it. It has a pin in it that can be engaged into several holes in the floorboard. At each end of these holes you will see a rivet. One rivet head has a "D" stamped in it and the other has a "P". move the tab forward, I believe to the Position control setting.------The leak you refer to I assume is around the sensing linkage shaft. You will have to remove platform floor board and then remove the cover on the draft sensing box. You will see the top of the shaft. Mark the shaft and arm and remove the snap ring. Shaft will then drop out of bottom of trasnny housing.--------------------Loren

Thx Loren, I been using the case nearly everyday, been getting those 300 gal liquid totes every few weeks, was using a 3020, wasn't enough tractor so I bought this case, it's a nice one, been keeping it shedded

For what you are doing, it makes no difference whether you are in Depth Control or Position control, because the draft arms have to move rearward on their pivots and pull the wishbone springs back to activate the depth/load control. The load you are putting on the 3pt is pushing forward on the hitch arms. You really need to buy at least an operators manual so you can better understand how to use your tractor to best advantage.----------Loren

I don't have an operators manual, but i do have a shop service manual. do you think it would help if i do the 'linkage adjustment', thats an adjustment on the wishbone springs under the tractor. ty
