!948 B weight

How low of a weight class can a 1948 B get it to.
With a 200 lb driver.
I think it weights about 4300lbs now.
If i installed presses steel wheels in rear,
flat back in rear, take off roll-a-matic.
Want and need to leave pto in.
Do the round verse square rearends weight the same?
13.6 tires.

47B, Alum radiator. no fan, no PTO, no Powertrol, pressed steel, I'm at 3100# Still at least 100-200# of stuff to move/eliminate

Our b pulls great at 4500lbs. Not to sure how low you can get it without tearin alot of stuff apart. but good luck.

My 52 B weights 4500# I'm planning on taking the cast wheels off and putting steel wheels and also removing the roll o matic to get it down to 4000#

Rich, the "norm" for a B is PB + stroke, and are in the 55-65HP range. They can be a lot bigger than that.
