960 leveling box assembly

Hi Guys,
The person I bought my tractor from welded the leveling box assembly solid !
None of the suppliers sell them for row crop tractorsIs it feasible to modify one of the available ones? Is it just the length that is different?

The lower end is longer on rowcrop.

You might try All States Ag Parts, for a good used one.

The leveling box, minus the lower fork is the same for ag and row crop models, and is part number NCA577A. tractor-part lists a large number of salvage yards that claim to have them in stock:

The lower fork for the row crop is part number NCA585A. tractor-part also lists a couple of salvage yards that claim to have that part in stock as well:

You'll need to contact the salvage yards directly to confirm.
