New User
replacing filter in crankcase vent cap.Is it supposed to be run dry or should I soak it in oil before install ?I bought a new cap and filter from this site.
 
According to the Service Manual I have for owners and mechanics, it says to wash in gasoline to prevent accumulation of dirt daily (ya, right). It doesn't say anything about oiling it.
