I unburied my 9N after sittig for 5 or 6 six years.Had parked it because after getting it running after sitting for several years could not get oil pressure.Decided to work on it again charged batt barely turned over then major short.Smoke and fire around ampmeter.Where can I get wiring diagram.New wire on it but forgot what I did. Thanks Bill

First dont try and turn the motor over with the starter your ring and pistons may be stuck and you can make an expensive mistake.Sittin that long will do it.Try and roll the motor by pulling on the fan belt, or crank if you have one and tractor out of gear,dont force it. You can also have mice and mud dobbers who have have made their homes in your motor while it sat. Check the archives for stuck motor. It may not be stuck but its not worth taking a chance.

Thanks for info,got wireing diagram.Was wondering if starter button was grounding out.Had that happen on one of my Farmalls,but only when trying to start.This is a ground when I connect battery.Thanks Bill
