9n run away rpm

This past winter I changed the clutch on my 9n, while I had it apart I also changed the head gasket (leak on outside of head).
Now this may have nothing to do with my problem, but I did have to take a lot of stuff apart to change these items.

When using the tractor under load the RPM will race and will not backdown unless I move the throttle lever. The govenor was replaced 3 years ago when I rebuilt the tractor.

It has worked perfectly before the "quote" repair, so I believe it may be an adjustment that's required. The linkage between the govenor and the carburetor had to be bent (adjusted) 3 years ago to get it to perform correctly and I was thinking it might need to be adjusted again.

Make sure the linkages on the back side of the carb. is right. If they get swapped it will be a run away. Did you hook them back up at all? I have forgotten hook them up that is why I am saying that.....Kenny
