cut some hay today today , gonna bale it up tomorrow. lol. never heard of such a thing in november. gonna be short on hay so the neighbor had a few acres i went and cut. pretty nice heavy hay just wish i would have got to it couple months earlier. probably not much feed value in it now. ooh well its a filler for the cows.

In the late 1970's I had a neighbor who cut 10 acres of nice hay and then got busy picking corn and called me up and asked if I wanted it for free. It turned out to be the best hay I had ever baled. It was the nicest bright green in color hay. It sure came in handy for my milk cows. Two days later we got 3 inches of snow
