I have a 45-50 model A it has the low high 6 speed transmission. Was wondering if it would be geared right to make a good puller? Have seen several unstyled and late model tractors that are built but dont recall seeing any this model. wondering if there was a reason for that.

those style are under powered for the gear ratio you can pull it but you will have to make some more horsepower

You can build and pull anything you like...!!

All it takes is the desire to go to it and do it.!

To be competitive, you will need to study pulling tactics and learn how much power you need to build into it.

Hey I pull a 49 A .125 over bore and a fresh valve job and with the right hitch setup its a top 5 tractor in stock pulls

The single stick trans is better for low hp, but you can pull light with a little engine work and do ok with 15.5 or smaller tires.
