How can I get the most power out of a 2 cylinder John Deere A with a stock block? Will I be able to compete with the 6 and 8 cylinder tractors? How much difference will re-jetting make in power? Is it worth the time and money? Any ideas are really appriciated. Thanks

Cubes Cubes Cubes!! gotta get inches to make power. You need to figure out how much money you want to throw at it and then we can better help you with what you can do within your budget.

Can you compete with the 6 cylinders in a no holds barred, 3000 RPM, no speed limit class? Probably not.

Can you hang with them in a 3.5MPH class? -- Yep.

Bore it to 5.75 and stroke it. e-mail's open.
