A simple homemade tool

I made this tool to help me do something most of us do probably twice a week, except those that have the automatic kind.
Bragging rights to the ones that correctly identify its purpose.
Tune in later today for a demonstration.

For some reason everything in my shop insists on living on the floor. I am constantly picking things up.
Just simply touching something sends it flying across the room. I once had a table full of carburetor parts laid out while I was working on it.
A short gust of wind sent parts flying to the floor. I handle very small parts while building my models. I am constantly dropping them.
Bleeding the condensate from my air compressor is no easy task either. It's in a tight corner and I need to bend down to reach the valve.
With this tool I simply set it over the handle and give it a quick turn and it's done.
I also picked up some pick-up tools to give me an extra hand.

I was thinking along the same lines, but if only once or twice a week, that would require an urgent doctor visit (or a lot more fiber).
