he also said new engine that isn't something anyone whose working on a green model a is going to generally say new block new head new crank but new engine means its anything but green. The whole engine doesn't just readily come out.
 
It would be very difficult for anyone to help you with the information you’ve given about what brand and model tractor you have.
How many models A's are there? Ford model A automobile, John Deere model A, Farmall model A, didn't AC have a model A? Any others??
 
Why were you incorrect? The title of his other post says "Unstyled A".
I had assumed it wasn’t a John Deere with how the phrase “new engine” was used without the context of the other post.

It’s off topic but it would be an interesting story what was meant by it. Block and head possibly rings and pistons come to mind but I already made an assumption enough for the week. Seems like an interesting backstory is there at the very least
