There are a couple places I have had control cables made. Baum Hydraulics will make cables in standard threaded end configuration. Tewco Inc in Franklin, WI can make up anything you need you just have to send them your old one for a pattern. Their phone # is 414-423-8080. Both are priced lower than OEM on what I have had made.
