That series Allis were tough as nails. If it's priced right I would not be afraid of it.

I have had both a One Seventy and 175 diesel. Perkins is indestructible. Always wanted a D17IV gas, but this was as close as I got. If either had been a gas, I probably would still have one- for sentimental reasons, as it would have been all AC.
