Adding PTO/3pt/Backhoe to G 430 Utility tractor

I use a Case "G 430" utility tractor for snow clearing - has only a mod 22 loader. I'd like to add pto/3pt/backhoe. Wondering from Case knowledgeable folks a) what model dismantled machines might supply what I need (430/530 ?) b) any new england sources? c) am I likely to pay more for tired iron than it's worth for the conversion, and d)anyone think the 430 isn't a good match for non commercial backhoe work?

Are you planning to do "for hire" work with your 430? If you are and you buy a 3pt/pto driven backhoe, Woods for refrence; you will be spending most of your time hopping from the backhoe seat to the tractor seat to move while digging a ditch. The 3pt linkage will not stand up to the stresses of moving the tractor with the boom and dipper stick. Salvage parts for a 430 LBT are far and few between and the hoe is powered off the front pump with a power beyond system that your tractor may not have.

No for hire work planned, just 'home' use. 3pt/pto would be primarily for snowblower, box scraper. I'm retired; time is my money now.
