Adjustable front axle question

I have a tractor I just aquired with an adjustable front . The inner axle tubes are rusted tight. What I noticed is one axle when looking at what would be the king pin is straight and the other is at about 5 degree angle caster.this was due to one side missing its locking pin .

Is this going to cause any problems when I put this tractor in use?
