Adjustable top link rack

I have one of these adjustable top links,[ this picture is from the Plough my field blog] it is missing the 'rack' , those two serrated steel plates bolted to one end . I would very much like to fashion a replacement for it but can't without a pattern. If anyone would care to send me a same size tracing of one I would be most grateful.

that rack is used in the mowing machine to hold heigth. it is not on them unless the mower was used and is a part of the mower. it is normally mounted in the middle for the chain loop to fit in. i have a nos set. i am not at home and wont be for 5 or six weeks if you will call me at 423-677-5841 i will trace a pattern and mail you when i get home. joe

Thank you for the offer Joe, Richard has found a supplier for me and as they are relatively cheap I will buy a pair . I had no idea they were available as a separate item .

The slots in the plates are not too critical, just as long as they are both the same they will be fine. You can buy this Rack from Agriline here in the UK. It is used for quite a few implements that needed to be held a a given height above the ground when operating as the tractor at that time had no Position Control.Set the length of the Top Link to 26-1/2" before you fit the Rack this will give you the correct length for most implements...John(UK)[email protected]
