Advice on my 3 point hitch

I need help getting my 3 point hitch to go down on my 1200 David Brown

Did the lift latch at the back happen to get moved?

I moved the lever on the left side but put it back in the position it was. Also I moved the lever on the right side and put it back in the original position.
My goal was to get the hitch to go down lower with the tractor running. The hitch used to go way down with the engine off for a period of time.
