agri chopper

Does anyone have experience with a Va;metal Agri Chopper? I am trying to find out if they will process high moisture bales (balage).

Val metal makes several different styles of bale choppers. Some models are only designed to chop straw. Choppers that will chip up wet wrapped haylage bales will require more power to operate and cost more to purchase

Thanks for you rely. I am looking at a 5600 agi chopper 1000 RPM, with fine cut option. I am concerned the auger and blower will not handle the wet hay?

I think your concerns are correct. To process wet hay a Vertical TMR wagon will do the job with less HP. Any of the bale processors I know of, will not work well with high moisture hay.
