Welcome to the forums.

To my knowledge the C serial number list gives the last serial number for the build year, not the first number as many lists do. C12388 was the last serial number in 1941 so yours should be a 1941 tractor by the serial number you posted (C111 was the last serial number in 1940 build year).

To be realistic about this. You give no description of condition, and no pictures. How do you expect any one to give you a value? Based on what you have provided the value could be anywhere from $100 to $2500 by my estimate. Location can also be a factor.

You can check on Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist in your area and see what ones described similar to yours are advertised for. Remember those are advertised prices and the sold price is generally less.

Hello Barney, welcome to YT. If you are not familiar with forums this could be the reason you’re lacking some information. So does it run, or is the engine locked from setting for 20 years? Painted up nice or just in “work clothes”? Condition of tires? Replacement tires especially the rear are a big expense on tractors. Pictures are very helpful. Maybe this will help, what if you had a car and wanted a dealer to give you a value on it telling them only the VIN?

If it is very straight in terms of sheet metal and deep rust is not a factor. and assuming it can be made to run, probably $800 to 1200 as is. The tires are a dramatic issue, as is the actual condition of the engine. They are not rare, so no extra consideration there either. Jim
