All fuel pistons

I have a 51 WD with a all fuel exhaust manifold on it. The one with a plate on it. If this is an all fuel motor what would be the internal differences. Would it have flat top pistons or dished? Thanks Orange
 
Original pistons in the 201 engine, like WC, WF, WD, were flat top. Power-Crater pistons started with the WD45.
 
My WC parts book shows 9 different pistons sets for the 201 cubic inch engine. Compression ratios range from 4.2:1 for a low grade fuel to 6.6:1 for gasoline at high altitude.
