Allis #7 rake value

I have found what u believe is an allis #7 rake that seems to be in great shape. The guy is trying to find the axles/wheels for it and the PTO shaft. What are these things worth and are the wheels/axles/PTO parts available or anyone know where there is some? Thanks.
 
Where are you? I have 1 that "worked when parked" 5 or 6 years ago, in south central Iowa. Scrap price would buy it. I put new tires on it but I see they are flat.
 
I sold a working PTO rake (the one the #7 replaced) and a nearly complete parts rake together for $300 last year.
