Yes if the B has hyds that is but you need to make sure the cylinder is made for 3000PSI or more since the B has high pressure hyds over 2500psi

There are some 1/4 inch pipe plugs on the pump. I don't remember which one, maybe there's only one? The cylinder for the mounted rockshaft was fed by one of those ports. There's no reason you couldn't feed a remote cylinder from the same.

Raise and lower with the PTO turning. I have a C which has the same hyd pump set up and I have used it for many hyd devices

Gravity brings it down. The B's hyd are lift only.
