allis chalmer G PTO

I have the PTO off of the tractor and it needs the oil seal changed on the pully side. What is the correct way to take this assembly apart?

Any help would be greatly appriciated

remove the rounded cap hiding the nut, remove the "staked" nut, then you can pull the round flange off, take out key and remove the seal. I'll post you the seal numbers tonight, when I'm home

Would anyone the best way to get the nut cover off? It is really on there. Is there some sort of trick?

it's just pressed in, just wiggle and pull with some pliers
