Allis Chalmers 416 Garden Tractor

[Bill Lemley]

I have a AC 416 tractor and I would like to know how rare this tractor is. I live in Lexington,NC and I ve only seen two more of the 400 series in my area. I have a friend who has a 410 and the other one was a 416 like mine at the Threshers Reuinion in Denton,NC. I bought mine about two years ago I got a plow, disc and cultivater all for 300.00 the tractor needed some work but it looks and runs fine now( thats not what my wife thought when I brought it home!).Any info will be appreciated.

They're kind of the 'oddball' of the AC garden tractors. They have no Simplicity counterparts.I have about 10 of the 300/400 series tractors.Well built machines
