Not from Iceland!
Offered for sale in PA. Motor is locked up. Comes with another motor, also locked up. Took more than 5 minutes to put all this together. Interesting setup.

It looks like the front of the "cab" might have been vertical until they had to tip the bucket over something that was over five feet high.

That could be. That's a standout in a design rife with unusual features. Wonder if this is what he envisioned when he first struck an arc.
 
Doesn't look stupid to me. I guess I would have tried to have the bucket closer to the front wheels, though. With
much of a load, it would have been hard to steer, but they all were. This one's load is limited by the rear wheels
lifting off the ground.
