Thanks for the help on getting this tractor going and moving...now for the next question. On an AC G with hydraulics and what looks like a factory PTO off the left side of the tractor. Does the PTO have to be engaged for you to have hydraulics on the front lift? What is the best way to check the fluid level and add more if needed?

Yes the PTO must be engaged. The Hydraulic fluid is the same fluid as the transmission uses ans is checked at he filler plug on the transmission. Use Hydra-Trans.
