Allis Chalmers HD6 clutch brake

Im still having trouble finding a wet clutch clutch brake for a HD6. Hector G. Recommended if I cant find a clutch brake take the clutch to a brake shop that relines brakes and they can install the linings on the old clutch break. Has anyone had luck trying it this way? Can anybody recommend a place around the Twin Cities?

Looking at the parts drawing of a wet clutch of a HD6G there is a facing kit listed which shows rivet on friction material for the clutch brake so any brake/clutch shop if they exist any more should be able to help, if you can't find one you can do it yourself, when you have it out you will see what material is needed, if its bronze like go to an auto transmission shop and get a disc as near to that size as possible, drill it and rivet it on, all it's got to do is stop the drive shaft when you are changing gear.

The wet brake cluch have a round front plate with 2 facing and have 1 in good condition and have rear ajuster plate with 2 facing but 1 facing is damaged.

Hector I was able to find a place that can reline the clutch brake in Minneapolis. Thanks Dale
