Where can a person find a alt pully for the right size belt for a 2N. I have run everwhere today with no luck. Tried some tractor places, and tractor supply with no luck. Anyone have any thoughts on where it can be bought. And please dont tell me it doesnt take rocket science to find it...lol... thanks mike

Part # 98-NAA5825, I dont see"em listed here and i am out of"em rite now, try nnalert. They taint cheap but the correct pulley.

Yep a universal fit all that's not made for a 5/8" belt. TISCO izz the only place I have found the rite one for this application. I have a universal fit all (3/4"/5/8") I would sell cheap, I got it from a re builder. It will werk for a little while with a new belt but once the belt wares a little it ain't gonna drive the alt enough to keep the battery up. Cheap as pulley cost me a new battery I did not need. I should know better, tighten the belt and the bat sill goes dead so gotta b the battery, install a fresh interstate and same deal. Dang belt izz tighter than dic's hat ban BUT I kin still push the alt fan by hand. Cheap piece of sheet Otto to B outlawed.

I bought an assortment of inexpensive pulleys for the 5/8" belt at surpluscenter.com but I don't have the spec handy for the bore diameter that fits the generator or alternator. Mine were the same.

The pulley in your photo looks like it takes a 7/8 belt, which I have on my Ferguson TO30. Is it small diameter, say about 2-1/2 inches? If so, where can I get one? Very hard to find. Thanks.

Thanks. Just what I needed. Looks like it will even be adequate for my 7/8 belt.

I get'em at the local starter/alt repair shop they run 12 bucks are so...
YT may list it as its commonly advertised as universal alt pulley...

I think this is it,,,, advertised as a 5/8 but in reality to wide for a 5/8 belt and down the road trouble but in your case the one needed...
