Alternator light socket 856

Anyone know the part number of just the socket for the alternator light. It is the 2 wire socket. Thanks

Just take the bulb to an Auto Parts store they will have one.

Ya have any OLD truck junk yards close ?? if so look in the dashes of OLD I H straight trucks and Semi's . That is where i use to get all my plastic wire connectors and dash light plugs.Also OLD GM products used the same DELCO electric components

Just a reply to my own question. The dealer wants $118 for the harness with this bulb socket. I found if you want to replace just this socket with the two wires coming out the back side (engine oil pressure and alternator light), get a socket for a light in a VDO gauge. Part number is 600840. Fits right in a 5/8 hole and uses a 194 bulb. Do an online search and have a look at one looks like.

Guess i will have to raise my rates on wire harness building .
