I purchased the already made alternator brackets for my 50 8N (side mount) to redo my rigged alternator. I am inquiring about the type of automotive alternator that will fit these brackets without any modifications. Is there a certain make/model that will fit? Thanks for any information.

Is there a problem getting your 10SI "lookalike" to fit?

That SHOULD be the most common type brackets would be made for!
