ammeter wiring.

I got the new ammeter mounted in the dash today and then I thought I would begin my wiring. I was able to find a wiring diagram (from JMOR) that showed the proper way to wire a 2N that has been converted to 12V. I guess the problem I have is with my terminal block. The one connected to the back of my dash has only two terminals left and right, not a left, right and center. JMOR's diagram and a few others I have found all show a terminal block with 3 terminals. What now?
I have a 1947 2N converted to 12V.

ll connections that were on the 3rd terminal of the block can be put on the ammeter terminal that is NOT connected to the battery (via the start switch).

Doggie......iff'n you really do have a 2N, it should have 4-nipple frontmount dizzy with squarecan ignition coil that requires the MANDATORY "infamous ballast resistor". NO ARGUE!!! 6-or-12v gotta have the resistor.

Iff'n yer terminal issn't like displayed, where is yer ballast resistor??? It is MANDATORY!!!

Many think their sparkies are weak and remove the "infamous ballast resistor" and that will giff'um hotter sparkies. Yeah, fer justta'bout 1-hr and then the internal insulative tar will melt and short out some transformer windings and guess what??? WEAK sparkies again.....FOOLS!!!

Now that you know what the real 3-terminal looks like, go out and follow the wires.......Dell, a 12v advocate for the right reasons who knows 8-ways to convert to 12v and they all work and a gazillion+one ways that don't work.

I finally found the right part. Thanks for the pic. I guess what threw me was the fact that mine is incredibly dirty and in two pieces. Looks like the backing just deteriorated with age and it came apart right across where those screw holes are. I have ordered a new replacement. I guess what I was looking at was the ignition resistor which is not even hooked up. The ignition switch has been replaced with a newer switch, so maybe it wasnt needed? Thanks for all of the help.
