Another 1936 BR question

First off, I have to say I don't know much about this old tractor, but I appreciate the patience, and expertise, of forum
members...
Anyway, it appears that my BR has a B transmission, or, possibly, just a B shift plate. This is where I need help. Would the B
trans bolt up? Or, could the B shift plate work on the BR trans? I can get the proper shift plate, if that is likely the answer.
Really need some advice.

The trans case number is different, but the main thing is that the shift cover is totally different. However, the B cover obviously
works, so maybe the actual trans is the same. I went off the gear cover on the side of trans, and they are different part numbers.

Looking at the parts book most of the internals are the same (looks like gears from high to low speed shaft are different, probably to speed up the rear end for the smaller tires). The case numbers would be different. Most BR's had no provisions for differential brakes, and the provisions for the foot plate and seat bracket would be totally different.
