another flywheel question ref timing marks

I have a late 1950 8n and the only marks I find on my timing wheel is a diagonal line with a round mark in the middle. Is this correct?

o. Like this in two places around flywheel, 180 degrees apart.

Maybe it is a flywheel from a early front mount 9N,2N,8N that someone just marked TDC on it.

Well that is strange. oh well, it works it just makes me wonder what has the old girl been through in her life.
