Any decal removal methods without harming paint?

I was washing my JD 9650 combine yesterday with the power washer and accidently peeled off part of one of my big decals on the side. I barely touched it with the spray pattern and it went flying. After some of it was gone I tried to peel the rest off with the power washer using a more direct approach, but then of course I couldn’t get it off. Now there are some remnants still intact. Any suggegstions on how to get off the rest without damaging the paint?

We use a product at work called dirty word remover. Works on plastic or metal and is a thick clear liquid that will get all of the old glue off.

I went to the local paint shop that sells 3M products. Bought the decal the round eraser that fits on a drill. Worked really well and the paint looked liked new when finished. Just keep the eraser moving so you don't burn the paint.
