B Allis radiators

I have an early B Allis #6077 and a later B Allis #10361. The early model apparently does not have a pressurized radiator. The later one appears to have a pressurized radiator (4 psi?).
Can I swap the radiators and not incur any problems?

You are correct in that they went from a non pressurized cooling system on the very early B's, to a pressurized one. I don't see why you couldn't change them around, however- the earlier system did not have a thermostat. I think you would want to switch the head to radiator housing as well as the radiator.

If you are at all concerned about staying factory/original a radiator shop can change out the fill necks and turn the pressurized radiator into an unpressurized one. Other than that, I agree with what Bob said.

Yes you can switch the radiator types. While having a thermostat is good for the engine it is certainly not required. It will run and operate no different than it did with the non pressured radiator.

The reason for pressure is to increase the boiling point. If you use antifreeze, which you should for anti rust and water pump lube, and a 180 deg. thermostat you shouldn't have to worry about boiling over. The engine will run better at 180. This was the min. temp. recommended by AC. And higher if you wanted to use "tractor fuel".
I never run pressure in my old tractors. If I have a pressure cap I cut a small segment out of the gasket to eliminate the seal/pressure.
