B electric start

Yes. You can purchase a b with it for what it will cost.

Was looking at 3 late Bs this morning on market place between 800 and 1300 that run.

Yea, they are out there. I’m looking for one restored parade ready. I’ve restored a few but I’m getting too old to do one.
Just like to get one ready to go.

I’m probably not even considered too old and I’m still looking at them that way they just don’t bring the money and are very usable

The 1300 dollar one was maybe not quite parade ready but awfully close at least as good as my A

A hand start B properly set up is a very easy tractor to start. The work required to convert it and installation of a new fly wheel would cover a lot of starts.

One on Facebook for $250.

I had two '36 Bs that were hand start, and never had any difficulty starting. There was also a '48 (styled) B with electric start and it needed two starters and drives in the time I had it. They don't survive magneto problems for very long, beating the starter apart instead of just firing backward a couple revs.
