Describe your problem, probably will sound familiar to us, enough to

video will not show anything about how the engine runs. Have you ran a compression check that is the first
thing to do if the valves are bad you will need to get the head fixed. So remove all plugs and run the check
also check the tappet settings i bought a Cub ran real rough after compression check followd up and found three
tappets were set bad two did not even let the valve close other it closed sometimes fixing that the engine runs
jus fine

It will start and run but pretty rough. Getting a lot of backfires and governor searches a lot. Rpms dont increase until about half throttle.
