b magneto

I have a 1947 b with the Fairbanks morse
drv2b magneto. My question is where can I
buy a new cap and rotor for this magneto?
They where in poor condition when I got the
tractor 8 years ago and I want to get it In
good operating condition since my fiancee
really likes using it and driving it in our
local parade next month.

That mag is for the older B's, 38 and older I believe, Get your self a new Wico XH1042 much better mag.

Contact the John Brillman Co in Virginia. John is an extremely helpful person. He did the two WICO Xs for my JD L/Herc engine. They were perfet.
