B rim clamps

Started working on a rusty B. At least I think it"s a B. I do know it"s rusty. One of the eccentric rim clamps got broke in separating the rim from the heavy center. Heavy hammers do it every time. I noticed each wheel had two eccentrics and two locking clamps on them. Is this normal? Can I get away from the eccentrics and their odd bolts and just use the locking clamps? Where can I get some?

Hi: No you have to use atlease 2 eccertic clamps and bolts too keep the wheels tight. THANKS case-2471

They are a real pain.
I changed the wheels on the B's and C's with the newer wheel with the bolt hoops. Just put a bolt through and tighten it up and problem solved.

You need to have at least 2 of them with the correct cam type bolt or the wheel will fall off sooner or later and most of the time when one does fall off it is in the worse possible place

Thanks for the help, guys. I have since found a set of clamps and bolts, so I should be okay now.
