b steering box

HI,
I bought a steering box, I think its a gemmer, to replace the ross steering box on my 45 B. but the steering arm wont fit the tapered spline. Did I buy a box for a bigger tractor ? or is the taperd shaft differant sizes ?

did you get a "C" steering box? they steer 180 oppist of a "B". good luck, d. coleman
