Balmar Loader Backhoe

While searching the archives for info on this old machine I found a few threads from other owners of this great machine. One with the name winner suggested that other owners form a group of some sort. I am hoping someone could contact me if this happened. There was also a service manual offered. My efforts to keep this great old machine going would sure be easier with this and I would be happy to pay for a copy. I have a complete parts catalog for this same machine with part numbers which don't mean much but exploded views of all the different parts of the machine are handy. I would be happy to offer a copy but many of the pages are 11x15 so a larger scanner would have to be found and there are more than 100 pages.

Bumping this thread... Anyone get a manual online or start a group for the Belmars yet? I just bought one and it needs some maintanence.

I too have one of these behemoths. I have the 1963 and 1965 parts manuals and the operators manual. I also have the parts manual for the Ford 713 and 723 backhoe attachments. I have not scanned them and the parts manuals are quite lengthy. The part numbers in them are worthless unless someone some where has a cross reference. I am currently working on replacing some of the bearings and seals in the cross drive. If anyone has part numbers (not Balmar numbers) that would be a great help. If not, I can post part numbers when I find parts that fit.

sbfooo, you need to start a new thread, and the Ford forum would be the best place. Your post bumps it up for those on modern view but half of the viewers are are on classic view so they don't see your post.
