I bought a saw off Amazon that fits in my quad box, tiny thing but works very well for its intended purpose.
Use it on small stuff on my trails, easier than hauling my bigger saw around.
It's called chain saw, $90 CAD.

That's a lot of oil, everything else had gone 50-1, does it smoke pretty bad? I run everything 50-1, ever my 50 year old saws, with no problems. The oil now is much better than what was available 50 years ago.

I think my 1972 Arctic Cat Puma 440 was 20:1 but with newer oil I ran 40:1. I have a 1970s Montgomery Ward (Remmington) chain saw and it seems to me that one says 16:1 on the fuel cap!

I once had an old blue Homelite that was 16:1; weighed 2X as much as my Echo. Finally gave it to my cousin just to avoid using it.
This reminds me of Japanese products after WWII, cheaply-made, wears out quickly. Now it's Chinese products, and S. Korean products. A few years ago I made the decision to buy a Chinese-branded truckers GPS unit for $60 instead of a Garmin GPS that costs nearly $400. That $60 GPS lasted 3 yrs, then the battery ruptured. It was just as accurate as my old $400 unit when it was new.

I also have a Wards (Remington) 35cc saw, and it still does a great job up to the capacity of the now-installed 16" bar. It is definitely 16:1, and I don't skimp on the oil since plugs are cheap and rings are unobtainable. I had a nice older Pioneer that was a complete beast, and lost that one due to parts obsolescence.

That saw is actually a re-branded Remington Mighty-Mite Bantam model, fitted with a 12-14" bar originally. Some parts are still out there in the www.

I prefer to think of that as mosquito and tick repellent while working in their back yards.

Some old 2 cycles that did not have needle or roller bearings thru out may require 16 to 1.

Japanese products were junk after WWII, by the 1970s though they had upped their game and started producing superior products.

As bad as I hate to say it, China is making the same transition. Chinese stuff used to be pure junk, and there still is some of it, but some stuff coming out of China these days is great quality.

I’m going to be honest . I bought this for around $150 came with 2 bars 20&24. I knew it was a crap shoot . It has a 62 cc engine uses 20-1 break in period then 25-1 . It weighs near 20 lbs . I cut a 6 ft high willow tree stump to 12 inch’s high . I had problems with chain tighten screw . I went to hardware store & got a metric screw . And brazed a
Nut on top either 5/16 or 8 mm . Much easier to adjust . Cost me $1.37 . I wasn’t gentle on it . I knew what I had . It got the job done .And started easy . I’m just a homeowner . If I ruined the saw . That was ok . But it ate that green wood . By the way the stump was 36 inches across at its widest point . Heck no I wouldn’t take it into the woods by itself. But it beat the heck out of a axe. I hope this will help someone else .
