battery air compressors

To reuse the old phrase, handy as the pocket on a shirt, thats what I think about the very small and handy battery air compressors. Had a low tire on the front of the tractor, grandson grabbed his milwaukee air compressor had it aired up in no time. so much easier than hauling an air tank from the shop, or risking ruining a tire from driving on it low. I think I'm ready to buy. How about you??? gobble

I have a batt jump pack with a compressor and use it often. But once hooked it up on a flat tire then walked away and forgot it until the big bang.

I have a 12v compressor in truck.
It used the truck battery.
I've been carrying it in truck for years and never used it.
I have a compressor on both pole barns and both garages.
I have a portable compressor that my generator can power to run an nailer in a remote area.

I keep a little compressor that you can plug into a lighter socket in each of our vehicles.

Only had to use one once, but it's a comfort to know they're there.

I have the Dewalt 20V battery operated, darn handy thing to have. You set it to the pressure you want hook it up press start and it stops when it done.

I have one of the little hand held 18 volt Ryobi compressors. It really is surprising how well they work. Bought one for my son in law and my grandson, I was so impressed.

I bought my mom one of the Ryobi battery compressors because she has several other Ryobi tools. What a handy little tool. I ll have to get one for myself, I m tired of lugging around the so called portable tank every time a trailer or equipment has a low tire. I used it an hour ago to air up a tire on a trailer with a ton of sod sitting on it.

Have a Dewalt that will automatically kick off at the pressure you set it at. I like it due to being able to inflate air mattress, rubber rafts etc also and power it with 20 v battery, 12 v outlet or 120 volt AC.

Yes they are one handy tool to carry.

You talked me into pulling the trigger and ordering one of the 18v Milwaukee's. Programed the first two memories for mower tires. Couldn't believe how fast it was. For mower tires it's faster than using my big compressor. Hopefully it will do good on tractor tires too!
