I welded a bolt to my trailer jack and used a 1/2 DeWalt cordless impact.

There is an adapter available that fits on the shaft of the trailer jack, it adapts so a battery drill does the work. Also videos on line to make one out of a piece of pipe and a socket. They work great. Much cheaper than the electric jack you think you WANT.

Forgot to mention the drill is recommended as the impact can damage the gear set in the trailer jack

I have a Barker on my enclosed car trailer. It has been to hell and back, previous owner didn't take care of anything. It has worked flawlessly in the decade plus I've owned it and the trailer is almost 30 years old, don't know when the jack was installed. It can almost lift the wheels of my pickup off of the ground if I extend it with the trailer connected with the car, scooter and tools in it. The only thing that prevents it from lifting the truck is it runs out of height, not power.
