I stopped off at Battery Plus to drop off my junk Ni-cd and NiMh cordless batteries.

While there I asked if they repair Li cordless batteries. NO!

Why? Not sure but I suspect it has something to do with insurance.

They're stores,not repair centers.Their purpose is to sell you new batteries,not fix yours.The one I have an account with says they do send out obsolete batteries to get rebuilt though.Turns out my store sends them out to the same outfit I use.I THINK the name of it is,The Tool Works.It is in Harrison Maine,so when I want to contact them I search for battery rebuilders in Maine.

Battery Plus in Terre Haute will rebuild old school cordless batteries, not the Li batteries.
They had just rebuilt an old 18v dewalt battery.
