Battery tenders

Thinking of getting a new battery and also a battery tender to keep it charged, as sometimes I go 6 to 8 weeks before using my 8N. If any one has experience with Deltran battery tender and/or Battery MINDer brands I'd appreciate your views.

I have 6 Deltran"s. 5 on antique cars and 1 on the 8N. They work great. I also believe they extend the life of the battery by keeping charge level up. JMHO. Steve

thats not a bad ideal cause what hurts a battery is going dead and when u recharge it, it can hurt the life of a battery keeping the battery charged with one of those will help the life of a battery and in ur case keep u from buying a new one very soon
