Pretty well used I'd say. If that was in Madison County (near where I live) someone would claim they were hurt at that property and since you couldn't prove they weren't, you'd be sued for a huge sum of

I really like those double porch houses, but I wonder do you ever use them, by the time I get upstairs I am ready to crash. But still it
would be nice to have the option. The other problem there are only 23 days a year that are suitable to use it.

Wait, you live in Minnesota. That is a winter porch. When the snow gets deep instead of digging out just exit from the second story.
We got snowed in when I was little. My brother went out the upstairs window and then dug out the front door.

I've posted one view of this house before and have several more views, but unless all the pics are sitting side by side, you'd never know they're from the same place. Whoever took the photos did a VERY nice job.
