No, it would not! The colors you see in these photos are the original colors for a '63 4000 and anything later than that in the Ford line.

David G, I think you are remember the 800/801 series of tractors
Looked similar, similar size, same basic engine. Red and Grey paint.
They had a cyclops nose emblem on them though and different grills.

Here's the colors I think you guys are talking about. First picture is 1958 861 and second picture is a 1962 4000.

The 1963 tractors were the first ones that they used the blue paint on. The red '01 series that were made from '57 through '62 were replaced at that point by the 4 cylinder 2000 & 4000 series, and the 6000 which had been out since '62 switched from red to blue at the beginning of 1963 as well.
