Belarus and torque ,now what.,help.

Ok.got my self into a little bit of a fix, bought a Belarus 250 AS, motor locked up,ok took care of that problem,now i,m putting the head back on ,but the repair manual I have tells me to torque the head bolts to ( kgf.m 11-13 ),but how do I convert this to English ft lbs,really would appreciate any and all input,and thanks in advance for any help at all.

11-13kgf.m is 79.5 - 94lbs/ft.
